All Lead Dog Leads are Post Sintered!
All Weldcoa Lead Dog flexible Teflon leads are post-sintered. The proprietary post sintering process provides for maximum fusing of hose linings to reduce the diffusion of small molecules such as helium.
Integral industry-specific ends
Lead Dog flexible leads come as a single piece. The hose and end are not threaded. That means less potential for hazardous leaks. Our leads are available with a wide variety of industry-specific ends, and are available for quick delivery.
Lead identification ring
Weldcoa uses color coded easy to read identification rings on all of its leads and hoses. The metal band identifies Weldcoa as the manufacturer, the MAWP and the date of manufacture. Any orders in this category with standard lengths will be shipped within 36 hours if the order is placed before 3:00PM standard time.
Cleaning and testing
We know that durability and safety are your primary concern. Every one of our leads and cryogenic hoses are 100% oxygen cleaned, hydro tested and nitrogen leak tested in-house, to the highest safety standards.
