Weldcoa introduces a new Helium Booster Pump! Helium is expensive and rationed. Leaving molecules behind during the transfill process just doesn’t make sense. Maximize your transfill process of Helium with Weldcoa’s new Helium Booster Pump package. Easy to install and economical the standard unit consists of two double acting air driven booster pumps in series along with bypass piping and check valve to allow for cascading of Helium. The complete unit is mounted on a vertical stand in order to minimize its foot print. All piping, gauges, inlet filters, relief valves and regulators are pre-piped. The Helium Booster Pump is designed for a maximum discharge pressure of 3360 PSIG and a minimum suction of 350 PSIG. Helium Booster Pump features includes: Panel Gauges (3) one for suction, one for inter-stage pressure and one for discharge. Inlet regulator and relief valve. Bypass line around pump with check valve. Drive speed control valves for both stages. Low suction pressure switch and high pressure discharge switch. Safety valves on inlet; inter-stage at discharge. Weldcoa’s Helium Booster Pump comes completely ready to operate and is easy to install. The unit operates from compressed air or your existing bulk N2 system and therefore requires no electrical connections. |
