Trailers
All Weldcoa Palletized Trailers are manufactured and Warranted by Midwest Utility.

Once the Trailer has been manufactured by Trailmobile it is delivered to Weldcoa where the palletized superstructure is installed. Upon completion the palletized trailer is then shipped to the customer or to have other equipment installed such as a lift gate. The Weldcoa Palletized Superstructure is tested with the pallets in place to make sure that it is ready to enter into service.

Trailer Conversions
Weldcoa can convert most trailers to the InstaLoad Pallet System. A conversion to palletization is cost effective and practical. Conversions on average can be done within three weeks of receipt of the Trailer. FET is not applicable on Trailer Conversions.

A Weldcoa Trailer Conversion consists of:
• Complete tear down of existing steel deck and side rails.
• Installation of Weldcoa Superstructure.
• Paint

Options such as front fence, 2-piece back fence, toolboxes, placards and placard brackets can be included in quote.

Side Loading/Unloading is quicker than traditional rear loading/unloading and does not require the vehicle to be at a dock to be unloaded with the Weldcoa InstaLoad Pallet System.
