They are manufactured in Weldcoa’s Northlake, IL facility and can be shipped anywhere in the world. The truck bodies can be installed quickly and are secured onto the chassis using U bolts and wood firring strips. Historically, the average Weldcoa Truck Body will outlive a chassis 3 times over. In each case the Palletized body is simply transferred over to the new chassis.

Palletization is a material handling system by which sections of the truck/trailer floor unlock from the frame and carry cargo that is secured to it. These sections are known as pallets. The pallets are constructed of structural steel. Unloading/loading of a Palletized vehicle is done from the sides and can greatly diminish down time thereby increasing productivity.
