##### Fixed Cylinder Filling Systems and Control Panels

Fixed Linear Manifold Fill Systems and Control Panels are designed for rapid, minimal cost, installation into new or existing facilities. Our process has been developed over the last 50 years and continues to be refined. Building the equipment in the controlled environment of the Weldcoa plant prior to delivery reduces labor, engineering and overall costs dramatically. The modular design provides a flexible, seemingly endless combination of fill manifold configurations that can expand and change with your business requirements.

**Available Control Panel Options **

This is the area the operator  will operate the valves and read the gauges. Typically a control panel is integrated on a steel powder-coated frame however the control panel can be sold without a frame if requested. All control panels are made and engineered at Weldcoa.

- Single Gas; Simplex (One-Sided) or Duplex (Two-Sided)
- Mix Gas; Simplex (One-Sided) or Duplex (Two-Sided)
- The entire manifold assembly is 100% hydrostatically pressure tested to 1.5 times the MAWP, 100% nitrogen leak tested, 100% oxygen cleaned, dried, bagged to the highest safety standards.
- Made in the USA

 **Fill Rack, Manifold and Lead Options**

There are multiple variations of fill racks available depending on if they are against the wall, or located in an open area in a fill plant. The fill racks can be single sided or double sided to fit your specific needs. All fill racks are made and engineered at Weldcoa.

- Single Sided or Double Sided Styles Available
- A Wide, Wide Variety of Cylinder Qty. Per Manifold and Frame Options Available
- Various Pressure Ratings Available Dependent Upon Manifold Material of Construction
- Individual Isolation Valves Are Standard Per Drop
- A Wide Variety of CGA Connections and Leads Available
