Our complete process control, from design to testing, ensures that you receive the highest quality manifolds and leads, whether they are installed with new equipment or replacement parts.

OUR ATTENTION TO DETAIL WILL MAKE THE DIFFERENCE FOR YOU

  • Each assembly is 100% hydrostatically pressure tested to 1.5 times the MAWP and then 100% nitrogen leak tested.
  • Following pressure test, each assembly is 100% oxygen cleaned, dried, and bagged to meet CGA 4.1 requirements.
  • All non-metallic lined flexible leads are manufactured using a true PTFE post-sintered innercore.
  • Our proprietary post-sintering process follows aerospace techniques which provides the lowest possible effusion rate, the highest flex life and the widest temperature range of any fluoropolmer available.
