It includes 3 quality Weldcoa products: Sur-LocTM 3 rail pallet, protective hood and manifold with leads. Once required cylinders are placed on the pallet, the hood with manifold can be easily slipped on for an instant cylinder cluster. Now you only need to move the pallet, not 18 individual cylinders.
