• There are multiple variations of fill racks available depending on if they are against the wall, or located in an open area in a fill plant. The fill racks can be single sided or double sided to fit your specific needs. All fill racks are made and engineered at Weldcoa.

• Individual Isolation Valves Are Standard Per Drop

• A wide variety of CGA Connections and Leads Available

• Efficiently preps cylinders before CO2 or N2O Liquified Compressed Gas Filling 

• Durable, powder-coated frame 

• The entire manifold assembly, including the leads, are 100% hydrostatically pressure tested to 1.5 times the MAWP, 100% nitrogen leak tested, 100% oxygen cleaned, dried, bagged to the highest safety standards.
  

• System is delivered assembled, oxygen cleaned, pressure tested and ready to go. Simply uncrate the unit, position it in place, anchor it to the floor and connected it to the existing plumbing.
