Easily and Consistently Produce Mixtures from Simple to Complex

Now you can blend liquid hydrocarbons ranging from 2 components with wide blend and analytical tolerances (commonly used in the extraction industry) to 20+ component mixtures with very tight blend and analytical tolerances (commonly used in the petrochemical and natural gas industry). Many of the concepts behind filling these liquid mixtures differ significantly from those associated with gaseous phase mixtures and therefor the blending system must be application specific. Weldcoa designed this system to work specifically with liquid phase components, even those with near atmospheric vapor pressures, by making sure that the manifold design allowed for easy movement of components. It utilizes a high precision, high accuracy scale to help create high quality, repeatable mixtures.

Enclosure designed to accommodate vessels from 100 pound LP cylinders all the way to Piston cylinders.
Plug and play design allows all connections to be easily made to the unit in the field (electrical and mechanical) within a short period of time.
Ergonomic setup of the control panel makes this system easy to use, and a swing-arm for gas selection helps to prevent gas contamination.
System is delivered assembled, oxygen cleaned, pressure tested and ready to go. Simply uncrate the unit, position it in place, anchor it to the floor and connected it to the existing plumbing.
