The Weldcoa Watch Dog 2.0 System is designed to protect your pump from abuse and/or neglect, prevent catastrophic failure and minimize unexpected downtime. The Watch Dog 2.0 System provides a means of operating a high pressure cryogenic pump for cylinder filling operation. The automated system monitors the pump to ensure effective performance and help reduce unnecessary wear and maintenance. System can pay for itself by avoiding a single failure!

The system allows the operator to remotely cool down and start and stop a pump. Our Watchdog 2.0 system requires 1 PLC and can support up to 3 more remote watchdogs / pumps without additional PLC’s. A total of 4 pumps all day. This helps keep costs down, and one point of access to dial in and support (if ever needed). If you are looking to have pump protection on more than 4 pumps at the same location, then we would get into the pump control product realm.
An optional pushbutton and indicator lamps station can be used to control the pump. This should be located very near the cylinder filling station. Multiple operator stations may be used on a single pump, to allow various workstations to use the pump.
